What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

how many players from haysi even play four years of college ball?
Besides the Jordan Compton era of Haysi, it would have been really hard for Haysi to even make it to regions in baseball, much less football.
Tradionally, it really helps when you dont have to play teams like Powell Valley, Appalachia, Gate City, Clintwood, or Burton week in and week out.

I laugh because a lot of people from clintwood think hamilton is the greatest thing ever to happen to football I hope he is ok and makes it on to some teams roster but he was the #3 safety on a weak team I will give him credit I didnt think he could play at tech and he proved me wrong
as far as making it to regionals haysi is in the region playoffs every year in one of the big 3 boys sports if not all 3
and no we dont have to play PV appy cwood or JIB but that isint our fault we tried to schedule appy and they didnt want any JIB dropped us 4-5 years ago and wont discuss picking us up GC is a long drive from haysi and I am pretty sure in the past we have tried to schedule PV and like a lot of the other LPD schools they talk big but wont back it up clintwood is the only school that will year in and year out play us in football
we have such a hard time scheduling games that we have to travel to Berea KY for a game it was either them or play 9 games
im not saying haysi is historically as good of a program as PV but at least were not thomas walker PV is open on 9/14 and we had an opening to give them 10 they scheduled TW and we had to schedule tug valley why would they not play us? was phil afraid he would get some more of what he got 2 yrs ago?
